The christmas before last I made all of my cards and apart from my mum I didn't really get any comments about them. So last year to take the pressure off I decided to just make a couple of close friends and family.
I had a lot of my friends complain they didn't get a hand made card so my list of makes has grown again this year, and if I am honest I have been in denial about how much time I have got to make them.
So I will post this one then get into crafting mode.
I hope you like it.....

Hello Fellow groovers,
I'm back.....
I have had a fab couple of weeks, in short, a great long weekend away with a friend in a caravan and we caught the beginning of the fab weather which was just brilliant.
Then my Mum and her partner came to stay to help me with household chores, my shed has a new roof, my fence has been painted and my attic has been boarded out, so loads of ticks on my list of things to do.
And finally last weekend I spent Saturday at Ally Pally at the Knit and stitch show, where a couple of little bargain's slipped into my possession, and spent the rest of the weekend at a friends in London.
So no time for crafting booooooo......
However its catch up time, I have a couple of cards I haven't posted yet so to get back into the swing of things, here is a card I made for a friends birthday she is a mad tennis fan and her partner is a fanatical gardener who has declared war on snails, I hope you like it......

Monsters and Aliens

Hello peeps,
I don't know about you but I love the film Monsters and Aliens, the alien is soooooo funny.
One day while in Sirstampalot, I wish I could remember why I said "what the Flagnar" which if you have seen the film makes a lot of sense(I am not totally sure how to spell it!!!!), so of course Janice and Andy asked me to explain what I meant, so long story nearly short they watched the film.
Most of the people I know in blogland are local and have been to Sirstampalot but for those who have never been, you have to buzz to get in the shop and if Andy happens to answer the buzz he always says "Hail Gallaxhar"(again from the film) before letting me in........ So when I saw these stamps I had to make a card based as much as I could on monsters and aliens and obviously the characters are Janice and Andy.
So after an epic explanation here goes and oh yes another double easel its all your fault sara ! you have unleashed a double easel monster :)

The stamps I used areSuper Hero Edwin
The paper is October Afternoon: Incoming Transmission
Distress Ink: Weathered wood
Stickles Stardust

Well that's it for now Hail Gallaxhar!!!!!

****!!***?

Help,
I am still trying to comment on everyones blog and having no luck, but I can see comments appearing on blogs!!??
I want to also say thank you for the lovely comments I have had on mine, is there a trick I am missing, I still keep going through that constant loop of trying to log in.........
If anyone knows the answer please let me know.
Plus I forgot to post my first project from the craft stamper, nothing to get too excited about I loved the idea of the distress inks colour samples.
